Warehousing1 receives German Excellence Award 2022 for Strategy and Transformation

 

Berlin, December 10, 2021 – Warehousing1, the Berlin-based logistics startup for platform-based fulfillment services, has been awarded the German Excellence Award 2022 in the category “Strategy, Transformation & New Work”. The award has been given out by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), DUB-UNTERNEHMER magazine and the news channel n-tv since 2018. 

Warehousing1 was recognized, among other things, for its strategic adaptability in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. With an increased focus on the fast-growing e-commerce business, the company was able to deliver significant added value to online retailers and brands and steadily grow its customer base and revenue despite the crisis.

Expert jury rewards innovation and creativity

The jury consisting of 20 experts from IT, business and academia, under the patronage of former Federal Minister Brigitte Zypries, honors companies that can be described with three attributes: digital, innovative, creative. The focus is on outstanding achievements in the German economy.
