Berlin, August 24, 2023 <\/strong>\u2013 Warehousing1, the Berlin-based logistics startup for efficient e-commerce fulfillment, has launched its new customer portal that enables e-commerce shops to offer a best-in-class after sales experience to shoppers. Warehousing1\u2019s customer portal empowers end-customers to easily track, change and return online orders and reduces customer service efforts on the part of the online shop.<\/p>\n

The new customer portal is a 24\/7 self-service solution that gives end customers full control over their orders. It is designed for small- and medium-sized merchants who sell products with high return rates and want to offer a seamless after-sales experience. The customer portal is available as a gray or white-label solution. White label solutions can even be integrated into an online shop\u2019s website while reflecting a brand\u2019s corporate design.<\/p>\n

Users conveniently log in with their order number and postal code without having to create an account. In the portal, they can access self-service features such as order management, real-time tracking, cancellation, return, refund, exchange, FAQs and chat features. Online shops can improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by providing convenience and transparency.<\/p>\n

Under the leadership of CTPO Leandro Loiacono, previously Group CTO of the French startup Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Warehousing1 continues to develop its eCommerce software suite.
