Es handelt sich um ein <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qualit%C3%A4tsmanagement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Qualit\u00e4tswerkzeug<\/a>, das f\u00fcr die Produktion von Lebensmitteln und den Umgang mit diesen konzipiert wurde. Das Konzept dient der Vermeidung von Risiken, die zu einer Erkrankung oder Verletzung von Konsumenten f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnten.
